GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE AND RETURN POLICY
1.- General conditions
As a general rule, all purchases made from PROTEZZA, S.L. are subject to the general conditions of purchase set out in this document. Therefore, it is advisable for the user to read the General Conditions carefully before proceeding to place an order. Thus, if the user chooses the option “I have read and accept the General Conditions of Sale” on the website, in the shopping basket, it will be considered that the user fully understands and accepts them. On the other hand, if the user does not accept these General Terms and Conditions, the transaction will be concluded and will not entail the assumption of any type of obligation on the part of the user. Once an order request has been made through the website, the user will receive an e-mail message confirming that the Order request has been sent correctly.

3. Product information and validity of the offer
The prices on this website may be revised exceptionally due to changes in market regulations, supply and demand.
4. Languages and currencies
The purchase of the products can be made in the following languages:-Spanish-English-French-French-Portuguese- . You can buy from countries of the European Union, United States of America, Canada, Brazil, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Peru, Uruguay and all other Spanish-speaking countries (except Cuba, Venezuela and Mexico).
Customers can pay with cards from countries that are attached to bank accounts WITH OTHER CURRENCIES (dollars, pesos, reais, crowns…) without any problem and the conversion to the other currency will be done automatically.
5. Price and taxes
They are those marked on each product expressed in euros, including the applicable VAT and transport. All prices include VAT in the European Community except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Payments can be made by credit card.
All forms of payment offered on the website are prior to the shipment of the products purchased.
6. Purchase process and payment method
The purchase process requires the acceptance of all the rules contained in these General Conditions of Sale, and privacy policy. Payments can be made by a single payment method:
Payment by card: secure payment platforms. It can be made by credit and debit card.
The POS system used, belonging to Redsys, allows you to pay for your purchases by credit card with maximum guarantees and peace of mind, thanks to its security systems Verified by VISA and MasterCard Secure Code.
All your data will be processed in accordance with the terms of Organic Law 5/1992 of 29 October (Organic Law regulating the Authorised Processing of Personal Data).
The data you provide us with will be processed in two ways:
1) Personal and shipping data: They are included in a file in order to process your orders and shipments and to inform you about the best offers and news of PROTEZZA, S.L. If you want to be deleted or modify your data in our file, please send us an e-mail with your request and your ID to the following e-mail address: info@uroflex.es.
2) Your credit card details: They will be treated with secure protocol, only and exclusively by your bank, as we have an online TPV for payment.
7. Shipping
Logistics Companies
PROTEZZA, S.L. will use the following logistics company for the shipment of orders: NACEX.
Shipping areas
Shipments to Spain (Iberian Peninsula)
PROTEZZA, S.L. sends all shipments to Spain (Iberian Peninsula) through NACEX. Shipments to the Iberian Peninsula will be made within 24-48 working hours provided that there is stock. Purchases made on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be shipped on the following working day, after which 24-48 working hours will be counted for delivery.
Shipments to Spain (Balearic Islands)
PROTEZZA, S.L. sends all shipments to the Balearic Islands through NACEX. Shipments to the Balearic Islands will be made within 48-72 working hours as long as there is stock. Purchases made on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be dispatched on the following working day, after which 48-72 working hours will be counted for delivery.
Shipments to Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)
PROTEZZA, S.L. sends all shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla through NACEX. Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be made within 5-7 working days as long as there is stock. Purchases made on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be dispatched on the following working day, after which 7-10 working days will be counted for delivery.
Shipments to the European Union
PROTEZZA, S.L. sends all shipments to the European Union through NACEX. Shipments to the European Union will be made within 5-7 working days as long as there is stock. Purchases made on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be shipped on the following working day, and from then on, 5-7 working days will be counted for delivery.
Shipments to the rest of the world
PROTEZZA, S.L. sends all shipments to the rest of the world through NACEX. Shipments to the Rest of the World will be made within 15-20 working days as long as there is stock. Purchases made on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be shipped on the following working day, after which delivery will depend on the transport company and the customs restrictions that exist in each country. PROTEZZA, S.L. is not responsible for delivery times.
8.- Permits and customs tariffs
PROTEZZA, S.L. is not responsible for customs tariffs, import permits, taxes, insurance and other expenses that may be incurred when exporting the product to the countries to which the goods are sent. The importer is responsible for the customs tariffs, import permits, taxes, insurance and other expenses that may be incurred in exporting the product.
9. Tracking an order
Both in national and international orders, to know the number of your order, please contact NACEX and PROTEZZA, S.L. through the following channels and we will provide you with all the information within 24 working hours:

You can track your order through http://www.nacex.es/irSeguimiento.do by entering the reference of your shipment in the tracker.
Canada, USA, Australia, Brazil, Russia, and all Latin American countries (Argentina, Chile, Colombia…:) between 15 and 20 working days.
Orders will be delivered to the delivery address freely designated by the user. In this way, the provider assumes no responsibility for when the delivery of the product or service does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the delivery company, assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the addressee. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the provider must take the measures required of a diligent merchant so that delivery can be made within the agreed time, and if not, as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of the sender and the recipient, so that no liability can be imputed against the provider.
10. Withdrawal, Return and Refund Policy
WITHDRAWAL – Protezza, S.L. guarantees the Client the possibility of cancelling their order at no cost as long as the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment (the seals of the product must NOT be opened). Otherwise, you must wait until you receive the order to exercise your right of withdrawal and you will have to bear the cost of returning it. This right of withdrawal may only be exercised if the seals of the product have not been removed.
RETURNS – Protezza, S.L., DOES NOT accept returns of Uroflex® as it is a sanitary product and for reasons of hygiene. The user must bear in mind that the amount of the product will be refunded as long as it is returned in the same conditions of presentation (packaging, labelling and perfect state of conservation) and without having removed the security seals with which PROTEZZA, S.L. delivered it. In this case, the user will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS – Once the security seals have been removed from the box of the article, for hygienic reasons, NO return will be made, if it is not due to manufacturing defects, since the device will be unusable for use by any other person. If the customer detects any manufacturing defect, he/she must communicate it at the latest 24 hours after it has been delivered by the transport agency. To communicate their intention to return the product, the customer must send an email to pedidos@uroflex.es, indicating the order number, name and surname and indicating the manufacturing defect. PROTEZZA, S.L. will only assume the cost of resending the new material if the return is due to manufacturing defects or defects in the product.
In cases of withdrawal in which it is necessary to return or refund the amount of the sale once the product has been received at Protezza, S.L. headquarters and verifying that the security seals have not been tampered with, the company will proceed to return the amount to the customer by bank transfer, for which the customer must provide information on a current account in the name of the person who purchased the product on the website www.uroflex.es in order to make a bank transfer to the same. This information must be provided through the email address pedidos@uroflex.es.
11. Warranty
All products offered through the website are completely original and new. All of them have a warranty period for manufacturing faults and defects in accordance with the criteria and conditions described in the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November.
The warranty does NOT cover damage to the product as a result of misuse, lack of care by the user, or modifications made by the user.
In the event that a manufacturing fault has occurred, it must be reported as indicated in point 8 of this contract and if this is identified by our quality department, we will be able to deliver one in perfect condition.
12. Prohibitions
It is not permitted in any sale, distribution or commercial use of the products purchased through this website, either in whole or in part.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction.
These legal conditions of sale have been drawn up in accordance with Spanish law.
14. Modification of the conditions of sale.
These conditions may be modified at any time, in response to legal changes or the evolution of this website and the products offered on it. In any case, customers will be informed of such modifications by notice on the home page of the online shop.
15. Acceptance of the conditions of sale.
The purchase of any product offered in this shop implies knowledge and acceptance of the legal conditions – conditions of sale and legal notice – of this website.
